Tessellate Design Studios is a team of young, ambitious architects, introducing parametric design and analysis principles, to Nepal.Seeking to revolutionize the ingrained practices of concept development in Nepal, we embrace challenging design projects bordering on the unorthodox for an Architectural firm. We believe that every structure must emerge as an individual, designed to fit for the site it stands upon. As such, our portfolio ranges from commercial chains, residential projects, hospitals to government projects, and tourism bike trails.We as a team work intricately on the concepts that best fits the clients as well as contextual needs. The major idea mostly revolves around the parametric analysis that gives an insight about the natural flow of sunlight and wind in any given space, and meticulous research guiding every design decision. Henceforth, the design is carried out based on the most important natural factors that have tangible or intangible effects on the architecture itself.Any city is defined by its culture, people and architecture of the area, following many other factors. We as a team work for a better architectural environment considering all factors that in future would have short to long term effects on the surrounding areas or city as a whole.

Maximum time is allocated to the concept phase, as it defines the user’s as well as the designer’s direction, as such extensive research is done for any and all design decisions.

<h5>Schematic Design</h5>

The development of the concept, meanwhile concentrating on the design details that include interior space design and helping the client choose the best materials, furniture, and themes.

<h5>Design Development Phase</h5>

Encompasses the submission of blueprints of every design presented in the earlier phases which is then sent to the site for construction. All the three phases are constantly discussed and approved by both parties, Tessellate and clients.

<h5>Construction Documents</h5>

During which there remains constant supervision from our team to cross check and guide the ongoing construction work.
